Obama Condemns Bradley Manning

US Army Private Bradley Manning has been held in custody since May 2010 because he allegedly passed restricted material to the WikiLeaks. Obama, prior to Manning's trial, has publicly stated that Manning 'broke the law.' Now one must ask: Is it possible for Manning to get a fair trial now that Obama has condemned him? What ever happened to 'innocent until proven guilty'?

And for those of you wondering, the Uniform Code of Military Justice, which is applicable to all military members worldwide, states:

851. ART. 51.c.1 that the accused must be presumed to be innocent until his guilt is established by legal and competent evidence beyond reasonable doubt.
